Over the last ten years, it has been increasingly difficult for the Boy Scouts of America to compete with the ever-growing offerings provided by other youth extra-curricular programs. Plagued by bad PR from discriminatory practices as well as a widening gap between the organization’s values and offerings, the BSA needed a brand reboot to invigorate youth interest in one of the oldest values-based leadership programs in America.
